Fundamentals of competency-based education in school



The ability learned to perform a task , the teacher are using two type: Knowledge skills and attitudes because the professor are development skills for example:  Reading, Listening, Writing, speaking so they teach more knowledge attitudes in School people and teacher prepared in development capacity , confrontation, simple or context next the professor put in practice the Curricular Components and Competences for example : why teach? , what and when to how to teach?, why , what , how and when to teach? all these question have the following Curricular Component  the objectives, the content, the methodology, the evaluation practice and the professor are development to class also they are using Unit Lesson Plan contained the following required in chart: Institution, Subject, time, topic, General Objective ( competence), 3- Teaching and Learning , Achievement Indicators, assessment Activity  this lesson plan is very important by the teacher for progress to students so the teacher use technology tools for the class activity depending Educational National Plan all  these Curriculum Service that clarifies the expected competences in Students in the Classroom context the following are access to education , Effectiveness  in Basic Education, competitiveness, Good Management Pratices but in Private college sometime can to vary because the Private Institution add another subject and tools for example: catholic College include Religion and Masses.
